Bedding.pk understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. We ship all over Pakistan through our courier partners. We are committed to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us in our website. Delivery time for each product is mentioned on product page. This is estimated time for delivery in major cities. Delivery can be delayed to remote areas. If for any reason, delivery of your order is delayed, you will be informed of the delay. All items go through strict Quality Control before dispatching. We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us at

All items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price; do not pay any amount that is not mentioned on the invoice in any circumstances. All orders above Rs. 1500 are delivered free unless mentioned otherwise. Rs. 150/- will be charged for all orders under 1500. All orders are sent via seller preferred courier. However customer can request some specific courier company to be used and this will be made possible if we have a shipping agreement with the specific firm. When an order is dispatched from our office, you receive a sms confirming delivery details of your order. If you order multiple products, you can receive multiple messages. Sealed items or packages cannot be opened unless the payment is made to the Delivery Agent. The Delivery Agent shall not take the item back if the seal has been opened. If you later find out that there is any issue with the product bought, you can request a return by calling our Customer Service

Please keep in mind that the item's condition has to conform to our Return Policy. Orders can only be delivered to a private address (e.g. home or work address). Please note that we cannot deliver any order to public places, streets, cafes and/or restaurants. If the payment is made with a credit/debit card, the person receiving the order at the delivery address needs to show his or her CNIC to our Delivery Agent. We use country’s best courier companies for our delivery network but please note we do not control how Courier Company operates. Once a package has been handed over to the courier company, we cannot call it back before a delivery attempt has been made by the courier.
