We are committed to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and as mentioned on our website. All items go through strict Quality Control before dispatching. However there can still be many reasons for you to return the goods ordered.
1. What can be returned?
You dont like the product. (Note: This does not apply to Home & Kitchen Electronics, if specifications provided by website are accurate.) Product is not as advertised. Product is defective, counterfeit or damaged.
2. Products in following categories cannot be returned
Imported On-order products; certain Sale products, Consumable products.
3.All products intended to be returned must be in following conditions:
Product must remain unused. Product is in original packing and no seals have been broken. If it is a sealed packing product like Mobiles, it must remain sealed and unopened unless it is returned for being defective. Product labels are attached. Product includes all the accessories, user manuals & promotion items if there were any with the purchase. All products received for returns will be checked for above mentioned return conditions. If a product does not comply with above mentioned details, it will be sent back to customer's address. Customer will be responsible to send return parcel to nearest office. Return postage will be paid by customer. If the return order is to be replaced with another product, that will be sent by us free of cost.
4. Product Return Flow & Customer Service
  • 1. Check if your product meets all requirements.
  • 2. Call Customer Service to claim the return and ask to guidance on return. Customer services may need you to cite sound reason for return & request ID. You will be required to fill out the Product Return Form (PRF) Customer Services will request you to send a picture to verify the request.
  • 3. Pack Item & Dispatch Make sure the state of the package is returned to its original condition, meaning it should include product tags, hangers, plastic wraps, boxes, containers, dust bags, gifts, tokens, vouchers, etc. Please add a note to the package with your information. For instance contact number, registration number, email and order ID.
  • 4. You will get a confirmation call when your product is accepted for return Customer services will contact you and send a courier pick up the package. The delivery cost will be free for you.
  • 5. If verified, you will be refunded.
5. Following product types can be returned in corresponding number of days after notification of return
Clothing, Shoes, Jewelry, Fashion Accessories & Gadgets - 7 days after delivery Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops, Watches, Gadgets, Home & Kitchen Electronics - 7 days after delivery
